What you'll need makes 24 what you'll need 1 C ground hazelnuts 1/2 C raw cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 C coconut oil 1/4 C liquid sweetener 1/4 C almond or hazelnut milk 24 hazelnuts, blanched 1 C roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped 1/2 C chocolate, melted | How to make them Combine the hazelnuts, vanilla, raw cacao, liquid sweetener, coconut oil and milk. Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes. Once firm, roll mixture into 24 even balls. Press a blanched hazelnut into the centre. Roll the truffles into the chopped hazelnuts then dip them into melted chocolate. Allow to set on a lined baking tray in a freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving. |
