with semi dried tomatoes and thyme

What you'll need serves 6 4 tbs unsweetened vegan coconut yoghurt 4 eggs 1/4 tsp baking soda pinch sea salt 1/4 C coconut flour 1 tbs macadamia oil 100g semi dried tomatoes handfull thyme sprigs pinch sea salt flakes | How to make it In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and yoghurt until combined. In a separate bowl combine coconut flour, baking soda and salt. Incorporate wet with dry and speed over a lined baking tray and top with tomatoes, thyme and sea salt flakes. Drizzle with macadamia oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. |
