Paleo chocolate chunk cookie scones

What you'll need 2 C almond meal, blanched pinch sea salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 egg 1 tbs raw pure honey or maple syrup 2 tbs almond butter 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground 1/2 C chocolate chips | How to make them Combine dry ingredients together. Whisk egg and honey together until combined. Add egg mixture to dry and incorporate well. Add almond butter until the dough comes together. Fold through chocolate chips. Divide mixture into 6 even balls and roll into scones. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. |
