RAW VEGAN AND PALEO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
What you'll need
serves 4-6 400ml coconut milk 1/2 C raw cacao powder 1/3 C raw pure honey 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/4 C chia seeds 1/4 C raw cacao nibs, to garnish |
Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the mousse into 4-6 serving dishes/jars. Garnish with cacao nibs. Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until firm before serving.
