Incorporate remaining ingredients and combine well. Evenly distribute among 12 mini muffin moulds or 8 standard sized muffin cases. Place in a preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. for the chocolate icing Meanwhile, combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Ice warm cakes before serving. |
