Add coconut to the food processor and blend until combined, incorporate cacao. Add the dates and liquid sweetener and process again until the mixture becomes a even dough. Press into a slice dish or tray and freeze until the ganache is ready. for the ganache In a bowl, whisk liquid sweetener, coconut oil and raw cacao. Pour and spread evenly over the fudge brownies, garnish with cacao nibs and allow to set in the fridge or freezer before portioning and serving. |
