Paleo almond and vanilla pancakes
with warmed raspberries

What you'll need sevres 4 1 3/4 C almond meal 3/4 C almond milk 1 tbs honey, optional 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder 2 eggs coconut oil, to fry 1 C raspberries | How to make them Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Incorporate egg, honey and almond milk. Spoon large tablespoon amounts of mixture onto a greased frying pan or pancake maker. Fry either side until golden brown. Warm raspberries in a small saucepan over medium heat or in a small ramekin in a microwave for 45 seconds. |
