What you'll need Serves 12 4 bannanas, mashed 4 eggs 1/2 C almond butter 4 tbs coconut oil, melted 1/2 C coconut flour 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp vanilla extract pinch sea salt 180g chocolate chips or roughly chopped | How to make it In a electric mixer, combine wet ingredients, bananas, eggs, almond butter, coconut oil and vanilla. together. Add dry ingredients, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt and mix well. Fold through chocolate. Pour batter into a lined loaf tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 50-60 minutes or until golden and a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool before removing from the tin and portioning. |
