Raw chocolate bliss balls

What you'll need makes 12 1/4 C raw cacao powder 1 C raw nuts, macadamias, almonds, brazil nuts ect. 1/3 C dates, soaked for 15 minutes 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 C fine dried desiccated coconut | How to make them Process nuts and vanilla in a food processor until fine and crumbly. Add raw cacao and continue to process until combined. Add dates gradually until the mixture comes together as a dough. Divide into 12 and roll into bite sized balls. Roll 1/2 into fine dried desiccated coconut. |
