Raw breakfast bars

Ingredients makes 12 12 medjool dates, pitted 1/2 C raw almonds 1/2 C raw hazelnuts 2 tbs chia seeds 1/4 C raw cacao powder 1/4 C pepita seeds for garnishing 2 tbs tbs cacao nibs for garnishing | How to make them Process dates until they form a puree. Add almonds and hazelnuts and process until chopped and combined. Add chia seeds, cacao powder and process again until well combined. Divide mixture into 12 and mould into single serving bars. top with pepita seeds and cacao nibs. Allow to firm for 15 minutes in freezer before serving. |
