Paleo almond porridge
with raspberries and coconut

What you'll need serves 2 1/2 C almond meal, with the husk 1/2 C coconut milk or almond milk 1 tbs raw pure honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar 1/2 C raspberries, thawed if frozen 1/4 C flaked coconut | How to make it Over medium heat, warm coconut or almond milk. Add almond meal and stir until heated and thickened slightly. Add sweetener of choice. Pour into serving dishes and garnish with raspberries and coconut. |
